About PHIL

From 1974 to 1984 Phil owned and operated a retail store and five restaurants in west Texas. In 1984, he moved to Austin and decided to get into real estate. In 1986 he obtained his Broker license and opened his first Real Estate company, Southwest Prime Investments, selling mostly commercial properties. In 1989, he started a second company, Showcase of Homes, for residential sales, hired eight Brokers, and decided to office in a Mall - Barton Creek Square - something that had never before been done in Austin.
