Every lead is a seller who filled out a request asking for agent offers. Each request goes to a maximum of five agents — never blasted to the whole market.
How it works for agents
When a lead matches you, you get an email. Click it and you're taken straight to your dashboard — no password to create — where you review the seller's situation and accept or pass. Accept, and you can send the seller your offer. The seller compares the offers they receive and chooses who to work with. Leads route to other agents if you don't respond, so check them promptly.
Why it's different from RedX or Vulcan7
How this is different from RedX or Vulcan7: those sell cold, scraped contact lists to as many agents as will buy them. RelistOffers sends you a seller who asked to be contacted, and caps each lead at five agents.
