About Ryan
Ryan grew up in Louisiana and moved to Austin in 2001. He started Spyglass Realty in 2008 as a place to be a solo agent with a couple of agents. In 2015 he started to put plans in place to take his “team” into a real brokerage and built systems and processes in place to grow the team. In 2019 he sold his last home and by 2021 he had grown the brokerage to 42 agents with over 130 agents currently. He doesn’t hire new or part-time agents and his leadership team’s main focus is hiring agents that have the potential to double or triple their production.
