I grew up on a ranch in South Texas where I learned how to raise cattle, hunt and fish. My parents were real estate brokers and investors in the area and by happenstance I learned at a young age how to manage property and rehab residences, luck of the draw I guess. In 1993, I graduated from Texas Christian University with a degree in finance with a real estate concentration.
